1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TCG Arena ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

TCG Arena is a mobile platform for Trading Card Game (TCG) collectors and players offering:

  • •Deck creation and sharing
  • •User-to-user trading system
  • •Partner shop search and booking
  • •Tournament and event participation
  • •Community and social features

3. Account Requirements

3.1 Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for your account security and all activities conducted with it.

3.2 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users between 13 and 18 must obtain consent from parents or legal guardians.

3.3 Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in case of violation of these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 User Conduct

You agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including design, code, logos, and content, is owned by TCG Arena or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without written authorization.

TCG names, logos, and images (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.) are property of their respective holders and are used for informational purposes only.

6. Trades and Transactions

6.1 Responsibility

TCG Arena facilitates trades between users but is not part of the transactions. You are responsible for negotiating, evaluating, and completing trades.

6.2 Card Valuation

Prices and valuations provided are indicative only. Always verify current market value before completing a trade.

6.3 Disputes

Disputes between users must be resolved directly between parties. TCG Arena may provide assistance but is not responsible for failed transactions or disputes.

7. Tournaments and Events

  • •Specific tournament and event rules are set by organizers
  • •Reservations are subject to availability
  • •Organizers may cancel or modify events
  • •TCG Arena is not responsible for issues during third-party events

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TCG Arena is not liable for:

  • •Damages arising from use or inability to use the App
  • •Content generated by users or third parties
  • •Transactions between users
  • •Decisions made based on App information

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Privacy

The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.
